29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: a) Coca Cola Bottling Company High Country: On or about January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by hazards while utilizing the yellow man basket forklift attachment that was not marked to be used with the forklifts and the attachment to perform activities including, but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, and general maintenance. b) Coca Cola Bottling Company High Country: On or about January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by hazards while utilizing the forklift fork extensions that were not marked to be used with the forklifts while loading and unloading materials.
