This was most recently documented on January 8, 2019 at 1230 E 9th St. Minden, Nebraska. The employer failed to evaluate the following but not limited to chemicals being used in the work place: DOW Great Stuff(TM) window and door insulation containing various forms of Isocyanates and Johns Manville Fiberglass blowing Wool containing particulates not otherwise defined (Total Dust).
