29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation, struck-by, and electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on or about 01/03/19 at the establishment located at 3608 W. 30th St. South, Wichita, KS. The employees were exposed in that the employer had not developed, documented, or utilized energy control procedures for equipment including but not limited to air compressors and electrical equipment serviced and maintained by employees.
