29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about November 26, 2018, employees perform maintenance and servicing on various equipment. Employees were exposed to struck by, caught in and amputation hazards in that: a) Curing Machine - The lockout/tagout procedure says, "Place valves in the off position and apply lock and tag". The procedures do not indicate the specific location of the three steam valves, two gas valves, and two water valves. The procedures included a diagram that is not specific enough for employees to understand the location of each disconnect. b) Curing Machine - The lockout/tagout procedure does not specify how long employees have to wait for the machine to cool off due to the hot surfaces created by the oven that is approximately 354 degrees Fahrenheit.
