29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) NP4-3 Needle Press - On or about November 30, 2018 the employer had not conducted the periodic inspection of their energy control procedures to ensure they adequately identified all sources of potential hazards to employees, exposing employees to amputation hazards from energy sources such as but not limited to electrical and kinetic energy while performing task including but not limited to servicing, maintenance and jam clearing.
