29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: On or about July 10, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 17.5 feet to a lower level while installing steel roofing materials on a commercial roof and each employee was not trained on the procedures to be followed to minimize the fall hazards.
