29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) Basement Area and Basement Ramp, 508 East Valley Road, Loganton, PA - The exit ramp used by basement employees was not equipped with a sign reading "Exit", exposing employees to a serious injury, on or about December 4, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.
