29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) Production Floor; On or about November 27, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed his employees to potential hazardous energies in that employees were allowed to operate machinery, such as the extrusion lines, without providing employees the level of training required to ensure the purpose and function of the energy control procedure was acquired.
