29 CFR 1915.152(b): The employer did not assess its work activity to determine whether there were hazards present, which necessitate the employee's use of personal protective equipment: USS Miguel Keith, STBD Casing 1-34-1: On November 28, 2018, an employee was performing a continuity check on a panel with energized components within inches of the work.
