29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: At this establishment, the employer did not adequately train employees on Lockout/Tagout program and procedures for isolating hazardous energies for the water injection pump. This exposed employees to struck-by, caught-in or-between, amputation, electrical and to toxic atmospheric hazards when performing service and/or maintenance of equipment.
