29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: On or about November 5, 2018, the employer failed to ensure employees utilized protective eye equipment when exposed to struck by hazards. Employees using equipment including, but not limited to, an impact wrench were wearing reading glasses instead of the provided safety glasses.
