29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: a) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, the door on a green electrical panel that was located on the side of the unscrambler machine was left open. The electrical panel housed equipment that was energized to 220 volts.
