29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: 29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Each swing cutoff saw was not provided with a hood that completely enclosed the point of operations at all positions of the saw. Additionally, the hood was not designed to automatically cover the lower portion of the blade: a) Sun Mountain, Inc. at 140 Commerce Road, Berthoud, Colorado: On or before October 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the Northtech Straight Line Ripsaw, Model SRS-14H, was guarded in that the automatically adjusting side guard was not installed. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
