29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) DeInk - On or about August 24, 2018 employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards due to walking-working surfaces not being inspected regularly allowing conditions to exist, such as but not limited to: wet slippery floors, missing drain covers and open floor holes.
