29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training prior to May 17, 2017 for each employee exposed to fall hazards, and who used personal fall protection systems, or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: (a) VerandaBlue, LLC at 2500 W 4th Ave, Denver, CO 80219: On and before August 24, 2018, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees exposed to fall hazards. Employees were allowed to access elevated storage racks without adequate fall protection training. An employee was fatally injured when he accessed an elevated storage rack, and fell 7.5 feet to the cement floor. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 7.5 feet.
