29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that employees were allowed to service and perform preventative maintenance and tooling changes on machinery including but not limited to band saws, mechanical power presses and press brakes. NOTE: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item.
