29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces. a) On or about August 11th, 2018 or prior thereto: Entry was conducted into a 8000 gallon 1988 Beat Tanker DOT classified 306 trailer to weld a baffle. The employer did not post danger signs, or identify the tanker as a confined space prior to entry. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
