29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The periodic inspection certification of energy control procedures did not contain the required documentation on identification of the machine or equipment, and the employees included: a) Venter Area of 1875 Harbeson Road, Harbeson, Delaware - On or about 20 AUG 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the periodic inspection certification of the venter area included the venter, or the chicken line, or other equipment evaluated. Authorized employees involved with the inspection were also not identified on the certification.
