29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 29 CFR 1926.59. Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to train employees on the hazards associated with using and working with chemicals in the work place. This most recent occurrence of this took place at the facility located at 72227 578 Ave, Plymouth, NE 68424. The employer is exposing employees to various chemicals such as spray paints, cleaners, oils, transmission fluid, brake fluid, grease, windshield washer fluid, adhesives, and anti-freeze but has not created a written hazard communication program.
