29 CFR 1910.134(h)(3)(i)(A): Respirators used in routine situations were not inspected before each use and during cleaning: The employer is failing to protect employees from hazardous associated with using tight fitting respirators that have not been inspected before use. The most recent occurrence was documented during the inspection conducted on July 30, 2018 on the jobsite located at 10004 NW 112th St, Malcolm, NE 68402. The employer has eight employees using tight fitting respirators when applying spray foam insulation. This process is conducted approximately three to five times per week. Respirators are not inspected prior to each use and during cleaning.
