29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) 2609 Rising Sun Road, Schnecksville, PA, Worksite - on or about July 5, 2018, employees were using an extension ladder to access a residential roof, approximately nine feet above grade, while carrying material slung over their shoulder and steadied by one hand.
