29 CFR 1926.106(d): A lifesaving skiff was not immediately available at locations where employees were working over or adjacent to water: a) crane barge; On or about 06/20/2018, Jersey Devils LLC employees working over and adjacent to water from the crane barge and smaller floating docks were exposed to the danger of drowning due to lack of an immediately available lifesaving skiff at the job location. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
