29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about May 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto and thereafter, the employer did not ensure that all employees required to wear respiratory protection had received the required respiratory protection fit test, exposing employees to hazard associated with exposure to hazardous chemicals.
