Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. On or about April 24, 2018 2 employees were replacing plastic corrugated roof skylight panels. One employee was not protected by any means of personal fall protection, guardrails, safety nets, or safety monitoring system, exposing him to falls in excess of 11 feet to the ground below.
