29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: (a) On or about April 25, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees in the cable shop using half-faced respirators were not provided training prior to the use of those respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards including airborne lead.
