29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a) Powder Coating Operation - The Number One Powder Coating room had wooden shelves with cardboard boxes on one side, cardboard boxes on the top of the room and ladders and cardboard boxes on the other side of the spray room, on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
