29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a) Job Site - Employees were working on or near the water while detailing boats and were not trained to use a personal floatation device, on or about 04/04/2018. b) Job Site - Employees were detailing a boat while using a corrosive liquid product and were not trained to use safety glasses, on or about 04/04/2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
