29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a) Residential construction site, 1349 Cimmaron Court, Middleton, ID 83644: On or about March 23, 2018 and at times prior thereto; employees accessed a 4:12, 20 foot roof using a portable ladder which was placed on an unstable roof surface which was wet from frost; exposing employees to slip/fall hazards onto concrete ground if the ladder were to deflect or slip off its support.
