29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): The employer did not remove all sweepings, solid or liquid wastes, refuse, and garbage in such a manner so as to avoid creating a menace to health, and done so as often as necessary or appropriate to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a) Atlantic Precast Concrete - On or about March 20, 2018, piles of concrete dust and concrete chunks were present on the working floors in areas, such as but not limited to, Building #1. The concrete dust was observed becoming airborne from employee traffic and other heavy equipment, exposing employees to trip fall hazards and hazards associated with silica dust. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
