29 CFR 1910.27(b)(2)(v): The rope descent system did not have proper rigging, including anchorages and tiebacks, with particular emphasis on providing tiebacks when counterweights, cornice hooks, or similar non-permanent anchorages are used; (a) Location - Newton Wellesley Hospital: On or about 3/17/18, a rope descent system was improperly rigged in that it was attached to an unapproved building component.
