29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b): The employer did not ensure the quantity of flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one area of a building did not exceed 120 gallons of Category 2, Category 3, or Category 4 flammable liquids in containers: (a) PAINT SPRAY BUILDING, NORTH WALL - Employee(s) performed paint spraying operations on logging equipment parts, and there were 205 gallons (41, 5 gallon buckets) of category 3 and 4 liquids stored on an open rack near the North wall of the room, on or about May 2, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
