29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s): a. On or about February 14, 2018, in the production area, maintenance employees using solvents such as mineral spirits were not provided adequate gloves for the work application. Other employees handling production product were not provided cut resistant gloves. The employees were thereby exposed to cuts/lacerations and the hazards associated with chemical contact.
