29 CFR 1915.55(f)(4): Hose which had been subjected to flashback or which showed evidence of severe wear or damage was not tested to twice the normal pressure, but in no case less than 200 psi: (a) William E. Strait - On or about January 19, 2018 gas hose lines in use that were repaired on site by means of splice kits, after being found to have severe wear or damaged, were not tested to 200 psi prior to being placed back in service.
