29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. On or about January 31, 2018, at the paint storage building, the wooden back porch had fallen through, where boards had deteriorated from weather. Employees use the back porch to gain access to the building to get paint supplies from the receiving area to exit the building exposing employees to the hazards of falling through the back porch.
