29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: (a) On or about January 8, 2018 at the jobsite on the south side of the new home; where employees were accessing the second story roof with extension ladders were not trained by a competent on the proper placement of the ladders exposing them to falling approximately 20 feet to the lower level.
