29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a. On or about November 28, 2017, at the above referenced worksite, employees were observed working in a hazardous area without a protective helmet. Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with falling / flying objects. There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item
