29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(A): The employer did not provide fire watchers whenever welding or cutting was performed in locations where other than a minor fire might develop: a) Maintenance Bay, Work Table - on or about October 30, 2017, the employer did not provide fire watchers whenever an oxyacetylene torch had been used at a work table where other than a minor fire might develop. b) Maintenance Bay, Vehicle Lifts - on or about November 8, 2017, the employer did not provide fire watchers whenever MIG welding and oxyacetylene torching had been used on vehicles where other than a minor fire might develop.
