29 CFR 1910.272(g)(6): Employees shall not enter bins, silos, or tanks underneath a bridging condition, or where a buildup of grain products on the sides could fall and bury them: On or about October 19, 2017, at this grain handling facility, the employer failed to prevent employees from entering bin that had accumulations of grain product. This exposed employees to engulfment, asphyxiation, and/or amputation hazards.
