29 CFR 1910.126(a)(2) : Each tank was not equipped with an alarm that would sound if the temperature of the liquid came within 50 degrees F (10 degrees C) of its flashpoint: Heat Treat: On, or about, September 11, 2017, the following furnaces were not provided with alarms that would indicate if the temperature of the quench oil had risen to within 50 degrees of the flashpoint of the oil.
