29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulleys, any parts of which were seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, were not guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: At 1500 Ardagh Group Drive, Pevely, MO 63070, specifically inside of the Maintenance Department, the belt and pulley belonging to the Bridgeport Milling Machine, m/n 65088, s/n J-68423, were unguarded.
