29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: On or about 23 July 2017, and at times prior, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop and maintain written procedures for employees who were required to change light bulbs and ballasts on display signs.
