29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was wearing a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: (a) Jobsite: On or about July 15th, 2017 during vehicle trailer dismantling operations, employees were not provided adequate personal protective equipment in order to protect them from overhead hazards associated with the trailer dismantling process. Employees were not equipped with hard hats in order to protect them from falling overhead hazards during the dismantling process of the 46' pull behind Stinger vehicle trailer.
