29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards when performing window cleaning operations. This was most recently documented, on or about 7/12/2017, at 5431 SW 29th St, Topeka, Kansas 66604, where an unqualified employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards while utilizing a water fed extension pole within 10 feet of an unguarded, energized overhead power line.
