29 CFR 1910.177(c)(3): The employer did not evaluate each employee's ability to service rim wheels safely: (a) 820 Petersburg Road, Carlisle, PA - The employer did not evaluate each employee on their ability to safely the servicing of rim wheels to include but not limited to; overinflating a tire, using non-flammable lubricant to set the bead and standing out of the trajectory of a tire being inflated, thereby exposing employees to injuries on or about, July 10, 2017. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
