29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": On or about June 29, 2017, Employees working in and around the freezer area were exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, slips, trips and falls hazards in the event of an emergency because the exit doors in the freezer were not marked with an exit sign.
