29 CFR 1926.1204(b): The employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of the permit required confined space before employee entry: (a) Corner of 7th and South Street located in Petal, MS - On or about June 13, 2017 the employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards such as hydrogen sulfide gas that were present in a confined space thus exposing the employees to an asphyxiation hazard.
