29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(iv): Annual training for employees with occupational exposure was not provided within one year of their previous training: (a) Allen Harim Foods, LLC - On or about April 5, 2017, the employer failed to provide annual training to employees with anticipated occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Employees assigned as EMTs and Emergency Responders, who provide medical care to injured or ill employees, have not received annual training related to the hazards exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials.
