29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, material handling areas, storage areas, and/or hoisting areas were not connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines: Location: East wall on roof of South Commissary Project, 20850 Vandegrift Boulevard, MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. The point of access at the extension ladder was not connected to the work area by warning lines. Employees traveled on the roof outside of the warning lines to access the work area, which exposed them to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet to the lower level.
