29 CFR 1910.39(b): A fire prevention plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and be made available to employees for review: On or about February 24, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working in a commercial bakery plant/ware house, in which the employer had not developed and implemented an Fire Prevention Plan, and wherein; the employer is operating three large natural gas bakery ovens, and storing/using class 1, class 2, class, 3 and class 4 flammables to clean and maintain the various pieces of bakery equipment, therefore exposing the employees to fire/emergency egress hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
