29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(vi): Each jack was not thoroughly inspected at times which depended upon the service conditions at least once every 6 months for constant or intermittent use. a) Jobsite: Container MRKU5802384 - A damaged Pittsburgh Automotive Floor Jack used for car loading operations was not inspected at least once every six months. The floor jack was missing the rear casters. Observed on or about 2/21/17.
